In my cohort groups I have seen some amazing business transformations from implementing just one new idea. A single seed can bear lots of fruit! Something they would never have done if they hadn't been part of the group. That is the power of a well facilitated, confidential and structured cohort group process.

What is a business owner cohort group?

A group that gets to know one another, support each other and keep each other accountable for taking action ON their business. It's not about the coach or facilitator, it's everyone contributing and growing personally as well as working ON their business. With many heads working on your business and with input from experts and experienced business owners you can really take your business wherever you want to!

From more than two decades of facilitating cohort groups of business owners, I know that the return on investment for being a member of a group is enormous.

You can count the seeds in an apple, but you can’t count the apples in a seed!

Just as one small seed can turn into a magnificent apple tree producing an amazing volume of fruit, so can a single idea picked up from the group turn into amazing growth and profit in a business.

What is the difference between people who build life-changing businesses and those who never appear to make progress? For me, it comes down to ACTION. You can fill jnotebooks with “good ideas”, but unless you take action, whatever you want to change… won’t. ACTION is the key to creating the business and life you want.
